dorsaVi acquired Australian Workplace Compliance Pty Ltd (AWC) to enhance the Company’s service offering and client base in Australia’s occupational health and safety (OH&S) market.

Founded by Mark Heaysman, AWC provides OH&S operational and procedural analysis to support the development of strategic compliance and risk mitigation solutions to a variety of clients in the manufacturing, outdoor adventure, logistics and distribution space.

dorsaVi’s new OH&S and Compliance division, incorporating AWC, offers clients a comprehensive suite of evidence-based solutions and recommendations, including training, materials handling, and process and policy design, that are tailored to their business, strategic and commercial objectives and future direction.

dorsaVi CEO Andrew Ronchi said the acquisition of AWC is an exciting step forward for the Company and will help dorsaVi better service the OH&S market.
