dorsaVi Clinical Patient Case Study

We studied a 30-year old male who has been an experienced runner since high school yet he has a history of chronic right IT band pain complaints over the past two years, limiting his running ability to less than four miles.
This running assessment was designed to help guide clinical intervention by determining his self-selected movement patterns during his running attempts.
The dorsaVi assessment provided objective data to better assist the patient in improving his strike posture at initial contact. Using Ground Contact Time (GCT), Ground Reaction Force (GRF) and Initial Peak Acceleration (IPA) to help correct the runners form.
Find out how the dorsaVi system is helping runners continue to run short and long distances while also reducing pain.

Our wearable motion sensors are paired with HD video to produce real time objective data. Assess injury risk. Guide Interviews. Create Smarter Rehabilitation and Exercise Plans. Track Results.
What People are Saying About Us

“You might miss something that deviates 3 to 5 degrees from the normal range of motion, which doesn’t seem like much. However when it comes to the playing field, that 3 to 5 degrees could be the difference between injury and a pain-free game.”
