Wearable Sensors for Health & Workplace Safety
Clinic Solutions
ViMove™ PROVIDES OBJECTIVE DATA TO ACCURATELY ASSESS MOVEMENT AND MUSCLE ACTIVITY IN THE LOW BACK, MANAGE TREATMENT OPTIONS AND GUIDE A SAFE RECOVERY.

ViMove™ is a FDA cleared wireless medical device that objectively measures, records, and reports movements and muscle activity of the lower back / lumbar spine and turns into actionable data. The system also measures range of motion in the sagittal and coronal anatomical planes and can record data at 200 frames per second with wearable motion and muscle activity sensors. During flexion, what’s the breakdown between pelvic movement and lumbar spine movement? How does your patient progress from repetition to repetition? How about when they’re fresh vs. fatigued? ViMove™ provides visual, objective, easily interpreted data to improve your assessments, choose and manage treatment options, and document therapy progress for patients, referral physicians and insurance companies.
Assess High Risk Movements With Hard Data, Not Hunches.
ViMove™ Sensors Send Information Wirelessly To Software On Your Computer In Real-Time.
ViMove™ Sensors Are Synced With HD Video To Produce Real-Time Objective Data.

ViMove’s sensors can be used on a range of anatomical locations. The sensors adhere to the skin using low irritant, disposable adhesive pads. The movement and the muscle activity sensors send a stream of data to a tiny Recording and Feedback Device (RFD). When the RFD is connected to a computer via a USB cable, the ViMove™ software is able to analyze a live feed of information. This can be used to do quick in-clinic assessments as well as providing immediate visual feedback for movement retraining. With the RFD disconnected from a computer the device continues to record data. This allows for movement to be recorded remotely for up to 24 hours and for the RFD to give feedback to the patient when they make and undesired movement.
